They look like your average Joes and Janes, but once the performers start performing they’re anything but. Rather than relying on spectacle, the show depends on the performers’ own skills. The show incorporates music, dance, skateboarding and high-risk acrobatics for a memorable 90-minute performance. They’re in town for this weekend only, so if modern and intense circuses are your thing you should probably get on that.

If you don’t know what anyone’s talking about when they mention shrubberies, coconuts or the differences between African and European swallows, you should definitely get in on this. Seriously, you’re way too old to not have seen Monty Python’s “Spamalot.” Fortunately, you’re not dead yet so there’s still time. A trip down to Denver and back, dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory and of course a ticket to “Spamalot” are all available through ASAP for a grand total of $40. In case you’re unfamiliar with these things, that is a steal. They’ll be departing from the transit center at 3:15 p.m. and returning around 11 p.m.

When: Sunday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You don’t have to be Christian to celebrate Easter. Head on over to Fort Collins Brewery’s restaurant, Gravity 1020, for an Easter brunch of mimosas, Eggs Benedict and bourbon pecan chocolate torte, or as they describe it, “beer and chocolate.” What the h*ck else do you want on a Sunday?
What: Ultimate 80s Party
Where: Sunset Event Center, 242 Linden St.
When: March 30, 7 p.m.
Cost: $25, 21+
Do you remember the 80s? TownSquare Media is hosting an 80s party at the Sunset Event Center. This event includes dated rock music, big hair, competitions and the opportunity to make your own music video using a green screen. Your ticket gets you two complimentary beers and access to the late night buffet. Of your $25 admission, $5 goes to RAMSTRENGTH, a nonprofit that gives financial aid to cancer survivors in Northern Colorado. You must be 21 or older to participate, and probably at least 28 to remember any of this.
