Will tattoos lead to permanent disaster?

tumblr tatUnlike many other fashion trends of the past, tattoos cannot be thrown back into the closest when they go out of style. The fact that our generation is so used to be able to change websites, clothes and photos may mean that we are on the road to disaster once tattoos become less popular, according to Washington Square News reporter Rebecca Riddle.

“The beauty of websites like Tumblr is in their ability to change. The Internet is constantly being updated to match changes in society. Today’s youth is accustomed to this constant change — a blog post can be deleted, a pin can be taken down and new pictures can be updated,” Riddle writes.

However, it is the bearer not the trend that is ultimately responsible for the tattoo, she says.
