Doctors and nurses have volunteered their services to help give inmates a fresh start, both inside and out.

“While they’re receiving programming and fixing themselves on the inside, we’re hoping to provide them an opportunity to fix the outside as well,” said Elaine Moore with the Kern County Probation Department in an interview with ABC 23 of Bakersfield, Calif.
