There are two types of tattoos: the permanent and the painted on. However, with modern technological advancements, there is no longer anything that is a “permanent tattoo,” according to tattoo artist Ojikutu Abisola in an in ThisDayLive.
“All tattoos can be removed with a laser machine,” he said.
