In a town like Fort Collins, most people feel familiar with the pain on biking on hilly roads and high winds. However, a new project from MIT may be the gift that bicyclists wish for.
The Copenhagen Wheel, a slim disk that clips into the rear wheel of the bike, “stores the energy that you already use, and saves it for when you need it most,” according to an article by Posichange.

The energy would aid bicyclists on steep or difficult terrain during their rides in order to ease the impact.
