Although not all of us find ourselves able to completely step away from our carnivorous sides, there may be some benefits to incorporating a more vegetable heavy diet, according to Cynthia Sass of Health.com. 

Among the benefits of weight loss, better health, mood improvement and making you look better, a more vegetarian diet would also improve your sex life, according to Sass.

“Eating more veggie-based meals can help you shrink your shape, and studies show that losing just 10 pounds is enough to boost sex hormones and improve your love life. In addition, the most powerful libido-boosting foods are plant-based,” Sass writes.

Additionally, Sass recommends these meatless recipes as a starting point in the diet.
