Another show to feed the tattoo addiction

With the recent success of shows like “Tattoo Nightmares” and “Miami Ink”, Oxygen added a new tattoo themed show to their collection. “Tattoo After Dark”, featuring LA tattoo shops House of Ink and Ink Candy, will start to air the first of its 12 episodes in January.

Oxygen hopes the show will draw in the increasing number of female viewers interested in tattoos.

“There is a fascination with the tattoo culture among our young female audience and this series is sure to deliver more over-the-top moments and out-sized personalities,” said Rod Aissa, Oxygen’s senior VP of original programming and development, to Variety.
