When most business owners might offer discounts or cash rewards for tips about burglaries, Brandon George, owner of Berwick, Penn. based Permanently Scarred Tattoos, offers a lifetime of free tattoos and piercings for anyone who can give information about who robbed his store. 

George believes that more than one person was involved in the robbery as his 70″ TV was stolen from the shop.

As for the offer he announced via the shop’s Facebook page, he told Fox News that “I’d do that in a heartbeat. That offer is good.”
