While most people draw on paper or cloth canvas, 19-year-old Japanese artist Hikaru Cho creates her art on human skin using acrylic paint. Her work features eerily life-like additions to the human form such as extra eyes, lace up feet and button covered stomachs.
“We’re all so used to crazy Photoshopped distortions and manipulations that we might not pay an image like this much attention,” according to a photo gallery put together by Yohani Kamarudin at Environmental Graffiti.

Cho uses props in addition to her paints to create various illusions, including battery pack covers revealing batteries inside people’s arms.
