When Halloween rolls around each year, a lot of people are stumped as to what to dress up as. My philosophy is this: go as your favorite character in pop culture and stun your peers with how unique and creative your costume is. If you can’t think of any characters, however, I offer some options, which include a very off-putting Lady Gaga costume.
