Pets with emergency medical needs can now be treated anytime, any day at the newly built Emergency and Critical Center at CSU’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The new center provides urgent care, a special cat room, an abundance of space for sick animals, an isolation room for infectious animals and state of the art technology. The hospital is seeing an increase in emergency cases for pets. The center is not only a training ground, but a place for local pets. The center, which has only been open for two weeks, is open for care for pets of students and community members.
