Libertarian Presidential Candidate Gary Johnson will speak at Harmony Wellness in Fort Collins on Friday, according to a news release. He will be joined by his running mate, Judge Jim Gray.
Johnson will deliver remarks in support of Amendment 64 and Fort Collins ballot question 301. Amendment 64, if passed, will allow for limited possession and private cultivation of marijuana for adults over 21 years old, and Question 301 will allow medical marijuana centers in Fort Collins to reopen following last year’s ban.
Prior to his presidential run, Johnson served as the governor of New Mexico.
Johnson’s remarks will start at 10 a.m. on Friday at Harmony Wellness, located at 346 East Mountain Ave.
