Employee Eryn Coyle pours a juice mix known as the Toxic Flush, composed of parsley, spinach, apple, lemon, and ginger, into a cup behind the counter at Néktar Juice Bar. The Larimer County Jail has plans in place to expand its facility to accommodate for the increasing population of Larimer County. It is expecting to add around 400 beds to the jail's current 500 beds to ensure inmate separtaion is adequate for all genders, ages, and behaviors inside the jail. (Brooke Buchan | Collegian)

Psychology Professor Anne Cleary presented her ongoing research on “Wearable Technology for Enhancing Learning” in the Nancy Richardson Design Center Tuesday afternoon. Organized by the Center for the Analytics of Learning and Teaching, Dr. Cleary’s presentation represented an integration of cognitive science, technology, and design. As a cognitive psychologist, she also studies and urges students to take different strategies to studying that are grounded in science, like the process of visualization to increase memory.
