The $2.4 million upgrade to the Jack Christiansen Memorial Track still sits unfinished. The track was originally scheduled to be finished by the end of October 2017 but still is without grass or a running surface, old track equipment litters the site. Cars are parked along Meldrum St. just north of campus in a neighborhood that uses the Residential Parking Permit Program.  The program is designed to make Fort Collins neighborhoods safe and keep the streets less congested.
