Our View: Come visit us at our new office in the Lory Student Center

The Rocky Mountain Student Media Corporation moved from our office on South College Ave. to the basement of the Lory Student Center Tuesday. On the editorial content side, Collegian.com, the Rocky Mountain Collegian, CTV, KCSU and College Avenue are now located within the basement office of the LSC. The move is exciting for us at the Collegian, because it will allow us to be more accessible to the CSU student body.

We invite students to come and visit us, whether to ask about our website, listen in on a KCSU broadcast or pick up a print copy of the Collegian. Students can also drop by to inquire about volunteering for a CTV broadcast or ask about employment opportunities within student media. Additionally, readers with comments or complaints about articles and broadcasts are encouraged to come to us in person and speak with editors and producers directly at our office.

The Career Center, Associated Students of CSU, SLiCE office and many more organizations will also be moving into the LSC this week, allowing them to be closer to CSU students as well. Having these types of student-oriented organizations back on campus will be a positive shift for student media as well as for CSU students and faculty.
