Dolph was arrested and booked into the Larimer County Jail on charges of possession of a deadly weapon on a University grounds, disorderly conduct and trespassing.

According to Hooker, Dolph is not a student at CSU. He is also not the same man who was escorted from the library for carrying a machete in December
