The local IHop in Fort Collins celebrates National Pancake Day by giving customers a free short stack of pancakes. IHop asks customers to leave a donation for Children’s Miracle Network and other local charities that help kids in need of medical assistance.

National Pancake Day began in 2006 and has become a yearly event that many people look forward to. Donations are not necessary but are greatly appreciated by IHop and the charities being helped.
