Construction started on March 17th, and will continue into June in preperation for the new apartment complex, The District. New drainage system and sewers are being put in, and this is causing traffic problems throughout the Fort Collins Area. Plum street has been restricted to a one way road, and will only allow commuters, residents, and workers to pass through.
