Colorado State football has moved up two spots in the USA Today Amway Coaches Poll and one spot in the AP Top 25 Poll despite being on bye this week.
The Rams jump to No. 23 in the coaches poll following losses by Duke, who falls to No. 25, and Clemson, who drops out of the rankings completely. CSU moves to No. 22 in the AP poll following the Duke loss.
LSU and Clemson were both ranked ahead of CSU last week but fell from the AP top-25 following losses. However, Georgia Tech and Utah both moved ahead with wins while the Rams were on bye.
The next set of College Football Playoff rankings will be released at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. CSU was left out of the rankings last week.
