The Reel Rock 9 Film Tour is making a stop in Fort Collins, Thursday October 23 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lory Student Center on campus. This year’s film is Valley Uprising, a documentary about the history of Yosemite Valley’s rock climbing revolution and the subculture that ensued. Some of the climbers featured in this film include Jim “The Bird” Bridwell and the rest of the Stonemasters, free-soloing king, Alex Honnold, and the first person to ever free climb the Nose on El Capitan in a day (23 hours), Lynn Hill.

This event is hosted by the CSU Outdoor Club. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online for $15.
