Bomb threat cancels Cal State LA Twilight Open, CSU track and field was set to compete

A bomb threat closed  the California State University, Los Angeles yesterday, according to the university’s website.

This forced the cancellation of the Twilight Open track meet, which the CSU track and field team was set to compete in.

CSU’s planned to send some of its athletes to four different meets in California over the weekend, including the Twilight Open, Mt. SAC Relays, Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational and Beach Track and Field Invitational.

The Mt. SAC Relays kicked off Thursday and continue through the weekend while the rest of the meets begin today or Saturday.
