Peeing and pooping babies were weird enough, but now the Lammily line of dolls has added a new expansion pack that takes it to the next level. Taking it up a notch from their stretch mark and acne expansion back, now the Lammily doll comes with a period kit, including pads and a period chart.
“If a doll has pads, how can [menstruation] be taboo?” says Nickolay Lamm, the designer behind Lammily. “Periods are such an integral part of a woman’s life, just a healthy part of it. It shouldn’t have to be swept under the rug.”
