CSU sophomore Jennie Maydew sews wristbands for this weekend's Hammer Bash. All proceeds from the concert will support the many community projects at Hammer Time!, located in Fort Collins.
Peeing and pooping babies were weird enough, but now the Lammily line of dolls has added a new expansion pack that takes it to the next level. Taking it up a notch from their stretch mark and acne expansion back, now the Lammily doll comes with a period kit, including pads and a period chart.
“If a doll has pads, how can [menstruation] be taboo?” says Nickolay Lamm, the designer behind Lammily. “Periods are such an integral part of a woman’s life, just a healthy part of it. It shouldn’t have to be swept under the rug.”
