For many inmates, tattoos acquired while in prison give them a sense of security. However, once they enter back into society, those same tattoos can damage the lives they wish to lead, according to an article by WAVY in Virginia Beach, Va. Fortunately for eligible ex-inmates, Atlantic Laser Tattoo Removal began donating sessions of laser treatment.
“Eventually, I’d like to have a family of my own, a good job and fit into society instead of just being looked at as an outcast,” Matt, a former inmate at Sussex State Prison, said.
Atlantic Laser Tattoo Removal donated its services to Matt so he could begin a normal life after prison. On average, laser tattoo removal sessions cost $100 to $200 each with up to 10 sessions before results are seen.
