Colorado State University running back Jalen Dupree (2) catches a throw from a coach during team warmups before CSU's game against Fresno State University Oct. 10.
A battle to the top.
Colorado State football is looking for redemption. Not only did the Rams lose to Fresno State last season, but the Bulldogs currently sit at the top of the Mountain West pyramid with a five-game win streak.
With the loss of multiple captains and starters due to injury, CSU is adjusting to the new faces on the field. Entering the 2025 season, 14 of the 21 seniors were new to Canvas Stadium while a few bigger names for the Rams graduated to a bigger field.
Although it hasn’t been the smoothest start to the year, CSU hasn’t given up hope as it goes into its second game of the MW season.
