After building the body of a car entirely out of hemp, Bruce Dietzen drove the red Mazda Miata from Florida over to Denver, Colorado to market the vehicle.
According to the Denver Post, at first glance most drivers would not notice how unique this car truly is. Unless they look close enough to see the side panel of George Washington blazing a joint.
Dietzen plans to make more vehicles like it, starting at around $42,000. “One version gets you high. The other version you can make a car out of. They’re both cannabis,” he said.
Not only is the body of the car an agricultural product, but the engine can run on agricultural scraps. For example, biobutanol.
