The City of Fort Collins represents 21st century innovation so much so that it was included in an exhibit at the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C.
A documentary produced by Rocky Mountain PBS and Colorado State University will take a deeper look at what makes ideas and innovation thrive in this city.
There will be a free premiere screening of the documentary “How a Place Matters: How Place Can Shape Innovation” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the University Center for the Arts, located at 1400 Remington St.
Following the screening, at 8:15 p.m., will be a celebration concert by local band Post Paradise. This band provided music for the soundtrack of the film. Registration is required for this free event.
“How a Place Matters: How Place Can Shape Innovation” will also be shown Oct. 1 and Feb. 18, 2016 on Rocky Mountain PBS.
