Award-winning author Nelson Lauver will be speaking at Colorado State Tuesday in honor of National Disability Month, which is October.
Lauver was functionally illiterate, meaning unable to read or write for practical purposes, until age 29 as a result of undiagnosed dyslexia.
He will speak from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in Clark A 101 with a reception to be held afterward in the Lory Student Center, Room 300.
