According to an Associated Press brief running on the Wisconsin Gazette website, Colorado State Patrol is anti-gay and an administrative judge isn’t okay with it.
The brief states that the judge ordered changes to the State Patrol’s policies after a former patrol captain was asked to reveal his sexual orientation during a polygraph exam.
According to the AP:
The judge says the questioning was out of line and ordered the patrol to follow its own policies forbidding discrimination.
A spokesman says the state patrol is reviewing the report.
